The Leadership Project: One-day Leadership Trainings at University of Zurich

Whether project management or teamwork - leadership skills are in demand in almost every job these days and are becoming increasingly important for cooperation!

You now have the opportunity to learn career-relevant leadership skills in a one-day training course and learn more about yourself and your potential. This training is offered by the Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Zurich as part of a research project.

What are the benefits of the training?
- You will learn which skills are essential for leading teams and projects.
- You can test your leadership skills in a protected environment.
- You will receive individual feedback on how you are perceived by others and how you can optimize your appearance in leadership situations.

How is the training structured?
The training starts with a comprehensive assessment to assess your strengths and development potential. This assessment consists of various exercises and questionnaires and serves as an assessment of your current situation. You will then learn the theoretical basics of leadership-related topics and actively apply the acquired knowledge in short, practical exercises. At the end of the day, you will complete a further assessment to assess your learning progress and then receive individual feedback on your results.

How can I participate?
Dates for the one-day training will be offered between June 2019 and October 2019. You will find further information and all conditions of participation on our website: http://tiny.uzh.ch/V0

You can register directly for the training via the website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by e-mail at any time.
